Admission Criteria for B.Sc Nursing 4YDC:-
Eligibility (As per the G.O.Rt.No.1095, HM & FW Dept., dated 02.09.2013)
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 Passed @45% aggregate of marks in science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) and English is compulsory subject in 10+2
- 10+2 passed from recognized board under AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE/NIOS/TOSS or other equivalent Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Intermediate Vocational with Bridge Course in Biological and Physical Sciences.
- Those who belong to SC, ST and BC are eligible with 40% aggregate marks in the Science Group subjects (Biology and Physical Sciences) as per the norms of Indian Nursing Council. New Delhi vide letter No.F.No.1- 2/2014-INC and vide the circular No.F.No. 1-6/2016 – INC, Dated: 21-09-2016.
- Students shall be medically fit.
- Students shall be admitted once in a year (As per the G.O.Rt.No.1095, Health Medical and Family Welfare (K1) Depart. dated.02.09.2013
Admission Criteria for GNM:-
Age: Minimum age shall be 16 years completed shall not complete 35 years of age. The Upper age limit for the candidates belongs to St, SC is relaxed able by 3 years.
Educational qualification:
- Candidates Should have passed +2 or Intermediate or equitant Examination preferable with science subjects.As per G.O ms.No.410 HM & FW (K2) Dept dated.28/11/2008.MPHW (F) Candidates are also eligible for admission, who have passed ANM Course of 18 months.
- 10+2 class passed science (PCB) with English 40% of aggregate Marks.
- 10+2 in Arts and English or Health science Vocational passing out from recognized board with 40% marks.
- 10+2 vocatio0nal ANM from the schools and recognised by Indian nursing Council with 40% marks
- Students shall be medical fit
